I needed a new car but had a large amount of negative equity on the car I already owned, I was very specific on the car I wanted & I needed a new car quite urgently so not the smoothest customer, but Jake made miracles happen! Within 7 days I had my dream car, and he gave me a solution for the equity which meant I did not have to carry it over to my new car! Fantastic service, professional but still a personal experience.
